- Ife considers her job as a nurse to be very rewarding. She grew up with nurses and was amazed by their work. She knew she wanted to care for sick people and help educate them on healthy living. Ife says that she can't think of any other place she would rather be than Inova, and she recommends working at Inova to all nurses! Ife is proud that Inova Health System is a not-for-profit organization and feels fortunate to work with such a remarkable management team.
