In addition to the services available throughout the year, Inova Kellar Center offers a therapeutic day camp during the summer months. Kellar Camp is for children ages 6-12 with an emphasis on improving social skills. Staffed by a team of recreation therapy, mental health, and education professionals, the campers are led in activities that are designed to help improve peer relationships and communication and to develop new coping skills. With a focus on education, the camp also dedicates its two-week sessions to themes that are of interest to children, such as sports, theater and outdoor adventure.

How To Refer An individual may be referred to Inova Kellar Center by parents, school staff, physicians, mental health professionals, courts, family members or other concerned individuals. Inova Kellar Center provides assessments and evaluation by specifically trained clinicians to ensure placement in the most appropriate level of treatment.
