Inova Emergency Care Centers

Inova Emergency Care Centers are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. Our centers handle any emergencies just like a hospital emergency room. No appointment is necessary.

Physicians, nurses, and laboratory and X-ray technicians are emergency-room trained, board-certified/board-eligible. Inova Health System specialists are on call.

Facilities are JCAHO-accredited and CAP-certified, and feature treatment for:

• chest pain
• burns
• lacerations
• sprains and broken bones
• acute abdominal pain
• work-related injury or trauma
• acute asthma
• severe allergic reactions
• rashes, insect bites, bee stings

Onsite Services Include:

• audiometry
• blood and other laboratory testing
• diagnostic X-rays
• EKG and spirometry testing
• alcohol and drug testing
