A Kid's Program for Healthy Weight Management

F.U.N. (Fitness Understanding and Nutrition -- for ages 7-11) and
S.N.A.P. (Simple Nutrition and Physical Actvity -- for ages 12-15)

Join us for a six-week fitness and nutrition program held on Saturdays and specially created for kids. Your children will learn about better eating habits and the importance of physical activity from a registered dietitian and exercise physiologist ... and have fun while they're doing it!

Follow the directions on the registration form to register your child for one of these timeslots:
   9 a.m. (F.U.N. -- for ages 7-11)
   10 a.m. (S.N.A.P. -- for ages 12-15)
