Cancellation, Refund and Other Policies

If you are participating in one of our fitness classes, please complete the appropriate form and bring to your first class.

For information about class cancellations due to inclement weather or an area emergency, please call 703-698-2444.
Cancellation decisions for classes being held in the Arlington, Alexandria, Falls Church and Fairfax County areas are based on Fairfax County Public School cancellation policies. Cancellation decisions for classes being held in the Loudoun County area are based on Loudoun County Public School cancellation policies.
To reschedule your Inova HealthSource class, call 703-750-8800 the following business day between 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Refunds
- Registration fees are refundable for all HealthSource classes and programs (except ACLS or PALS programs) when canceled a minimum of 5 business days prior to start of class. No refunds are given for any class once it has begun.
- Registration fees for ACLS or PALS programs are refundable when canceled a minimum of 10 business days before start of class. No refunds are given for any class after it has begun.
- Materials and books may be returned if unopened and reusable. Refunds are not given for "ACLS Anywhere" CDs.
- Specific refund policies apply to our online Personal Coaching programs: Personal Back Coach, Personal Fit Coach, Personal Quit Coach and Personal Weight Coach.
Refund exceptions – fees are transferable or refundable:
- If a class participant has a documented medical condition verified in writing by a physician. Please call 703-750-8800 Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., to notify us of your cancellation. The physician note can be mailed or faxed.
- If a class is canceled due to low enrollment. You have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
