For adults needing long-term care, Inova offers a variety of options.
When nursing home care is required, Inova provides long- or short-term continuing care at our two nursing homes, Inova Cameron Glen Care Center in Reston and Inova Commonwealth Care Center in Fairfax. These facilities also offer care for adult patients who require rehabilitation, ventilator care, IV therapy, wound care or HIV care. Both centers are located adjacent to an Inova Emergency Care Center.
