Special Projects and Fundraising Opportunities

Special projects are critical to the success of Inova Fair Oaks Hospital. Since its inception, our Auxiliary has donated millions of dollars to provide needed equipment and services to the hospital. Over the years, the Auxiliary has contributed funds for the building of a nondenominational chapel in the hospital, to assist with the hospital expansion, and to purchase equipment for various departments throughout the hospital.
The Auxiliary runs the hospital gift shop and thrift store as well as holding special events during the year, such as uniform, jewelry, book sale and bake sales. All monies raised by these activities contribute needed assistance to Inova Fair Oaks Hospital and add to its outstanding reputation in the community.
