Family Phone LinesWe have designated family phone lines in most patient care areas so each patient's family can obtain up-to-date information on the patient's condition. Please select one family member to call the family phone line and to keep others informed. This way, the families of all patients on the unit can get information easily and quickly. Family phone lines are available 24 hours, 7 days a week. Ask a staff member at the nurses' station for the telephone number to call for up-to-date information about your loved one.
