Understanding Your Medical Bills
During your visit to one of our facilities, you may experience
a variety of tests, procedures, and services. Many of these services are
performed by healthcare providers who, just like your physician, work in the
hospital, but bill for their services separately. After your visit, you may
receive bills from several different health care providers. We encourage you to
determine if your health care plan participates with these providers and if the
benefits contained in your plan limit, reduce, or deny coverage of their
services. As your healthcare provider, our relationship is with you, not your
insurance company.
