This program is staffed by Cardiopulmonary Clinicians who monitor your progress with sophisticated electronic equipment in a pleasant environment. For your peace of mind, emergency equipment and personnel are on site. The program consists of a one hour session three times a week. Exercise sessions include preparation, warm up, exercise, cool down, nutritional counseling, educational videos, risk factor counseling and lifestyle modification counseling.
