Inova Loudoun Hospital has a complete diagnostic laboratory on site. Hundreds of thousands of medical tests are performed each year by certified medical technologists and lab assistants who are highly skilled in such disciplines as chemistry, hematology, microbiology, histology, toxicology, immunology and blood banking. They serve under the direction of the hospital's pathologists.
