Inova Juniper Program collaborates on research studies that allow people living with HIV/AIDS to contribute to the understanding of the disease. Eligibility requirements vary among studies.

- Women's Interagency HIV Study (WIHS)
Inova Juniper Program operates the Northern Virginia site of the D.C. Metropolitan Women's Interagency HIV Study (WIHS) (pronounced WISE) Consortium. This project is a nationwide research study funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to examine the effects of HIV on women.
- East Coast AIDS and Cancer Specimen Bank
Inova Juniper Program is the Inova site for the East Coast AIDS and Cancer Specimen Bank resource which is housed at George Washington University. As a participant, Inova Juniper Program helps EC ACSB obtain tissue samples. The aim of the EC ACSB resource is to study malignancies associated with HIV disease.
