Once registered, you’ll have the support of a personal Quit Coach. Your Coach works with you from the first week of the program to determine your goals and supports you as you make healthy lifestyle changes over the next 12 sessions.
Online tools and your Coach help you create a quit plan. All of the program materials are on a members-only Web site so they are available when it’s convenient for you.
Communicate weekly with your Coach on your progress and ask questions as often as you like. E-mail makes it easy to keep in touch with your Coach.
