Job Site Analysis
Inova Work Rehabilitation can provide your company with in-depth job site analysis. A clinician will evaluate the job site for possible ergonomic stressors and identify higher risk factors that could place your employees at a higher risk for injury.
Individual Ergonomic Assessment
This assessment is ideal for injured employees who are returning to, or who are continuing to work, despite injury. A clinician works with employees to properly set up their work stations. The assessment includes proper positioning of equipment (computer, desk or workbench), body mechanics and proper working postures.
Train the Trainer
Inova Work rehabilitation and your designated employee(s) work together to develop an injury prevention program at your worksite. This peer-developed program empowers your designated employee(s) to provide a continuum of injury prevention education for existing and new employees at your worksite.
